The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Officer.
Reporting directly to the Fiduciary Services Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for offering a full range of fiduciary services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have:
- ICSA or STEP qualification
- At least 5 years experience working in a senior corporate administrator role or within a senior role in the offshore trust or offshore corporate sector
- Experience of managing and training a team of corporate services professionals
- An in depth knowledge of multi-jurisdictional corporate and trust structures and an awareness of the tax implications upon them.
